Ashtadha Prakriti (8-fold nature) Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Sky, Mind, Intelligence, Ahamkara(ego), is the Apara Koti (Lower kind of nature of the energy), and the Atma(the soul/conscious), which bears the conscious living beings, is the the Para Koti (Upper kind of nature of the energy).

There is no one more pure,smaller than electromagnetic wave energy form. Like gems strung on a thread, the entire universe made up of the natures of energy (lower nature meaning matter - example worldly objects ,upper nature meaning electromagnetic radiation - example soul present in beings). The universe exists and is active because of energy.(without energy universe is just empty space)

For the steady sustainable operation of the universe only(matter creation/destruction cycle) , sex is an essential part of living beings' cycle only for progeny not for lust/desire fulfillment objective.

The whole world exists due to energy, but energy is not situated in the world.(worldly objects/matter exist due to the energy, but matter keeps on changing in interactions as different forms of energy, hence energy is not fixed in matter.

Sattva Raja Tama(3 energy forms),the worldly interactions are within these energy forms. Energy exchanges, physical changes are nature of the senses and the body, not of the soul which is beyond them.

The energy exchanges of the interactions of worldly objects/matter can be transcended with difficulty, which is impossible without knowledge of energy itself. Those who leave all the worldly objects and understand the essence of energy, they go beyond all these exchanges of energy from one form to other, they become free from the bondage of the world. Foolish miscreants with demonic feelings whose knowledge has been taken away by worldly objects(engrossed in sensory topics, dualities of nature,having agitated unstable minds), never get the knowledge of the energy, get trapped in the trap of impermanent worldly pleasures and get destroyed by failing to do any duties.

Not knowing the Supreme nature of the imperishable energy in the universe, the foolish consider the unmanifest(cannot be perceived by senses) to be manifest. The original form of energy is formless i.e. electromagnetic wave energy and without any nature(without any bias in any interaction with electromagnetic radiation or matter). Fools consider worldly energy exchanges(which they perceive by senses) to be the original form of energy.

Combination of the 3 energy exchange forms meaning the physical world interactions formed by the combination of sattva, rajas, tamas gunas(electromagnetic wave energy, matter kinetic energy, matter potential energy) conceals the original form of energy. Aja,(which is not born, present since the beginning of the universe); Avyaya,(which does not perish), These are two aspects of the existence of original form of energy.
